Kinesio tape is the stretchy, colourful tape you often see athletes using. It offers some support and, importantly, a lot of dynamic movement. In this video, Deb explains some of the common ways in which she utilises K tape.
In this video we show a simple method for strapping the knee when pain at the patella tendon is causing issues. As mentioned in the video, this strapping method will not fix the issue causing the pain – it simply allows for reduced symptoms on movement/loading of the knee.
