2022-23 - Bulkham Hills- never used to going to a home based set up. Didn’t know to knock or push and get in. Very wired setup. Me and my daughter waited and waited,, the receptionist right there, watching us didn’t bother to sign for us to come in through the glass door that it was,, getting up seemed out of question. We waited and waited and finally pushed the door to get in and to face more rudeness from the receptionist.Take 2 - Physiotherapist- SA - dance assessment-Very rude body language towards me (mom).Criticised my daughter’s (12yr old) posture,, you won’t be able to dance, won’t be able to give exams etc etc to my daughter.My daughter who was dancing for 10+ years, 3 classes a week, eisteddfods etc dropped from 3 to 1 & now none, no more dance. Pathetic experience. Big no no. 👎🏼

I had neck pain for months and had seen other physiotherapists for it with not much improvement. After few sessions with Nichole my neck has movements have improved significantly. The APP she provided me for my home exercises were extremely helpful make the correct moments.After necessary visits she suggested to continue with the workout at home and no need to spend more money on Physio.I cannot recommend the team at Inspired Physio highly enough.

Highly recommend. Staff are super friendly, and I was really impressed with how they treated my injury "holistically" (being a retired dancer, they understood how years of old dancing injuries were affecting the current one). So much so that after a recent accident, I already knew where to head for injury rehabilitation - Deb is already getting me on the mend!

Deb and the girls at Inspired Physio are excellent. They investigate the underlying cause of your issue and develop treatments that provide solutions to fixing the problem. It might hurt when you first visit but you can feel the improvement almost straight away. Highley recommended.

I have been taking my teenage daughter here for a couple of months to help with pains she has developed because of the amount of sport and dancing she does. Deb has been excellent in teaching her about strengthening certain muscles to support her back cope with the physical demands. Best Physio in the area. I've seen Nicole for two serious injuries. An L5 disc and a Hamstring tear. I was back up and running in three months after the disc injury and the Hamstring is healing well. I can't recommend Inspired Physiotherapy enough. Five Stars every day.

I have visited Deb and her team several times for a couple of different issues. Thrilled with the level of knowledge, care, effectiveness of the treatment, and the after-treatment follow-up.One issue was even a, as others told me "that's not fixable, you'll just have to live with it" problem, that Deb proceeded to treat and correct, and, with careful management, I have been not suffering with since. Deb and the team are great! Deb identified an injury within our first session, an injury that another physio at a different clinic had misdiagnosed. Deb was able to reduce pain significantly and give me exercises, which meant I did not have to return - whereas the other physio had me coming on a weekly basis. I do aerials as a hobby, and I still see Deb when I have a performance or have pain from training – Deb’s expertise in dance/movement has meant she can understand what I need or what I am doing from an aerial point of view. I highly recommend Inspired Physiotherapy!

I have been very successfully treated for various muscle and upper back issues caused by sport and other stresses by Deb Mooney of Inspired Physiotherapy for the best part of 10 years. Approximately every 8 weeks my back “seizes” and I am in agony unless Deb works her physio magic on me which enables me to function again. Deb totally understands my agony and I am always so grateful for the relief I feel after my physio sessions. I appreciate that Deb and her friendly and professional receptionists will always make a plan to fit me in for an appointment and even if Deb is not available they always manage to make appointments with her associate physiotherapists, Nicole or Sara, who also work wonders in relieving my back pain. Over the years my family have also had the need for physiotherapy by Deb and have always had any muscular issues very satisfactorily resolved. Deb’s weekly Pilates classes enabled me to graduate to Kristy’s HIIT classes. Kristy, Inspired Physio’s exercise physiologist, knows exactly which exercises are required to strengthen our bodies and although it is a group session she is able to tailor exercises for the individuals in her class, (never mind the fun and laughter when we try and work on Kristy’s boxing routines!). I just had my first visit to Inspired Physiotherapy - which is something I should have done years ago. Nicole was excellent! She was very thorough and took the time to understand my scenario. After my first treatment and consultation, I had the best nights sleep that I have had in years. I have a program that will ease my pain, and am feeling the results already. I know there is a bit of work to do on my part, but I am sure that my recovery will be accelerated because they listened to my time line of events that caused my injury and gave me a program to work to.

I've been to a lot of physios, and Sara is one of the best I've had. She takes time with you and gives you all her attention, explains everything really clearly so that you understand what's going on with your body and how to fix it, and will go through lots of different things with you to check that you've properly understood and can make the right changes to how you move. And she's not pushy. She helped me immensely with an arm injury and lower back pain from running.

Last week I hurt my back on Friday lifting weights. I tried to sleep it off but this strategy did not pay off. Firstly - I hate people touching me and I also dislike visiting medical professionals. I’ve been to Inspired Physiotherapy over the past 3 years and each time had a great experience. I have the utmost confidence in their abilities, and since going a couple of sessions I haven’t needed to return. I have tried both of their physic’s - and they both treated me to a high standard. I did return at one stage for a sport massage, which was good too. The premises is squeaky clean with a nice fit-out, well equipped and the waiting room (which I wasn’t waiting in for long) has enough material to keep me occupied. I would highly reccomend giving inspired a go!

I went there for physio treatment after reading so many positive feedback on google. The treatment I received was not worth money they charge for first visit neither it is worth giving 5 starts.My current physio was on holiday so I thought to go to nearby physio and thought so many people are giving 5 star so there must be something good here. I first met Deb and Chris in 2012 when I began to lift at PTC Sydney. I saw Deb's posters around the place and really hoped that I wouldn't have to ever see her. Well, turns out you really can't be a lifter without the injuries, and it didn't take long. In August 2013, I sustained an injury at work to my right knee and immediately went and began treatment with Deb. The treatment worked wonders and I was back on full duties in only a few weeks after doctors had told me I wouldn't be able to for months. Just a week after I finished my treatment, I sustained my worst injury to date with MRI scans showing I had two bulging discs in my lower spine. Again, I sought treatment from Deb at Inspired and was back lifting to near pre-injury levels less than three months later after being told again by doctors that I wouldn't be capable of doing so for at least six months. In fact in January this year, only 4 months after the injury, I not only matched, but beat all of my previous lifting records with no pain in my back. Today I am pain free and continue to make progress with my lifts.The good thing about Inspired is that it is run by people who understand the sport of powerlifting, whereas many physiotherapists and doctors do not. Many can't give advice not only on recovery, but prevention as well. Deb is incredibly knowledgeable about powerlifting, and during treatment is capable of pinpointing the exact reason for an injury during a lift and advise on how to prevent future injuries while lifting. I would recommend inspired to anyone who needed their services, and I myself would not seek treatment anywhere else.

The team at Inspired Physio are the best! Hands down the best physio in Sydney! As an ex dancer i've been to a few!!! Deb's dance background gives me confidence in her knowledge and treatment of bodies that have been put through everything you can throw at them! The whole team always have a smile for you when you walk in the door. Its a safe and relaxing practice and I refer anyone in need without hesitation.
