Product of the Month – Lumbar Roll

The Lumbar roll is a posture lifesaver that when used correctly can help prevent neck and back pain. It is lightweight and portable so you can easily take it with you – it can be used in the car, at home or in the office. It has a handy elastic strap that can be attached to most chairs and fixed into position.

Not only does it support your back it minimises the stress on your spine as it ensures you maintain the ideal spinal position or lumbar curve no matter where you are sitting – especially if you feel lower back pain whilst sitting.

I personally use mine on my office chair – I am seated most of the day so my posture suffers as a result. The lumbar roll helps to support the natural curve of my lower back so it is perfect for back support during the day. At first it may take a while to get used to it but you will soon feel the difference in your back and/or neck after a long day at the office, drive in the car, plane trip or even watching TV on the lounge.
