Total Body HIIT class
At Inspired Physio we run a group exercise class that incorporates a combination of resistance training and boxing. This class is for individuals wanting a higher intensity session than that offered in our Physiocise classes. The class is specifically designed to improve strength, fitness, coordination and mobility.
Our total body HIIT class uses evidence-based exercise prescription to achieve a total body work out that focuses on dynamic and functional movements that increase your heart rate, in a safe and supervised environment.
Benefits of our Total Body HIIT class include improved cardiovascular fitness, strength and bone health, fat loss, improved coordination and mobility and prevention and control of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes and musculoskeletal conditions.
All fitness and experience levels are welcome as our class is run by an accredited exercise physiologist with the skills and training to tailor and modify exercises for your individual needs. For this reason, our class is limited to 6 per class.
An initial consult with Kristy, our exercise physiologist is required before starting the class to identify any underlying conditions, weakness or imbalances and provide any individualised exercise modifications if necessary.
Kristy runs our class on Mondays 6:30pm – 7:30pm.
